On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Multiple Confirmation Emails Being Sent for Webinar

When people registered for our webinar they received 3 confirmation emails immediately via zoom.  Any experience with this and why?  Registration page is via a HS integration

Hey @m_nelson – To clarify, do these confirmation emails look like duplicate emails?

yes, exactly the same a minute apart

Got it. I just did a test with several different settings to try to mirror / replicate this issue but I only ever get 1 confirmation email. At this point I'm thinking that it might be a setting that needs to be configured in your HS instance. Would you be able to test by creating a dummy webinar w/ registration questions just in the Zoom instance to see if you still get multiple confirmation emails?

We are having the same issue, but we set up our webinars through Splash. I'm still trying to figure out why this is the case. The calendar hold is strange: 1 shows the webinar is 3 hours, and the other shows the webinar is 1 hour.

I think it would be best to submit a Support ticket so we can further check.
