Integrating Zoom with Our Website for Virtual Events

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice on integrating Zoom with our website for hosting virtual events. We want our visitors to be able to register and join Zoom meetings directly from our website. Are there any best practices or tools that you recommend for this? Any links to guides or examples on other websites would be really helpful!

Thanks in advance!

HI @Roman333 ,

You setup a meeting with password and then share the link which includes the password. The problem with this is that anybody with the link will be able to join the meeting.
So, if you are going to put this link on your website, then make sure the link is on a page that is not freely and publically away, otherwise anyone can join the meeting.
Zoom bombers have tools to search for public Zoom links and can easily find the page.

For this reason, the best practice is that you can share the link on a web page on your website, but make sure that your visitors have gone through some process of qualification before they reach the page with the link

all the best

John
