My client sent me an invite to switch my Zoom account over to her company's account. I received the confirmation email that my account was, indeed, switched to her company's. I was made Admin and I can see that I am among the other 2 people assigned to Admin status. I want to go to Branding but Zoom will not allow it. What needs to be done? Thanks, in advance.

Hi,
The account Owner may also need to give Branding-editing rights to the Admin role at https://zoom.us/role#/

Hello TheB2BGroupBA,
Please note that the account must also be a Business account or higher to have Branding, Vanity URL, Associated Domain, etc.
