On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I am using a mounted external PTZ camera for a hybrid zoom conference. The camera is a 3X and from where it will be positioned in the room, and at maximum zoom, it does not frame the speaker as close as I would like. Is there a way  to digitally zoom-in or crop and resize the live video image in the Zoom Events platform before it goes out to those streaming the conference?

Hello

The camera may have a setting with a digital Zoom that can allow it to Zoom more than its physical lens. This isn’t always a good solution either. Having your camera at maximum Zoom can lead to other issues such as shaky shots.

What model PTZ are you using?

You can run the camera into OBS (https://obsproject.com/) and then output as a virtual camera. I am running a large hybrid webinar right now and I have multiple cameras connected into OBS so I can easily switch between them and us OBS to frame and zoom shots. Your application would be very simple within OBS.
