  • Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

Can't schedule webinar. I just purchased license for Zoom Pro plan

When you click on WEBINAR on the left navigation, does it say you need to purchase it?  If there are more than 1 user in your account you may need to assign it to your user (Under User Management)
