On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I just hosted a webinar and could see in the webinar there were approx. 70 people in attendance. When I go to run the attendee report, it says there were 17 unique viewers and 75 total users. When I download the report I can only see the 17 unique viewers. How do I see the entire 75 total users?

When you are looking at the meeting data page, is the "show unique users" button checked in the top left? If it is then the report will reflect that. Uncheck it and your report should reflect all users (which will include duplicates of users reflecting their log in time durations.)
