Hello Everyone,
Has anyone found a way to pull a report of calls, inbound or outbound with the notes? I would like to pull a report of todays calls from a queue and review the notes left in wrap up.

Hello @Zoom_TF I haven't seen a filter that allow you to run/filter a report using "having a Note" as rule, not even in the APIs
What I would suggest (I know it is not ideal) is to create/use additional Disposition(s) that indicate if the call has a note or note, and that is something your should be able to report on.
I know it is not what you wanted to hear, but I hope it could be a workaround that can help.
Let me know if it is a solution you can entertain to implementing.
Vinnie.
