We have a monthly board meeting. Each month I would like to upload the handouts for the meeting and have them ready to share at the meeting. I can't seem to figure out the best way to do this. Our board packet that gets emailed to them is a large pdf file. I don't wish for them to make any changes to the documents, just view them both online and in-person during the meeting. Can I share a MS OneDrive with zoom somehow? Thank you!

Currently, it appears that links to One Drive cannot be embedded.
Expect to add this feature in the future!

Hi @awiedmaier thanks for your inquiry.
You can set the permissions of the Zoom Docs as 'Viewer', for both out of meeting, and in-meeting sharing.
- When you are not in the meeting, you can find 'Share' at the top right corner in any open Docs, and select the 'viewer' permission for the meeting participants' accounts.
- If you want to share the Docs during meetings and in the meeting window, you can click on the 'Docs' tab at the bottom of the meeting interface, then select the Doc, and choose 'Share'. There should be a drop-down menu and you can select ''can view'. This should give the meeting participants 'viewer' permission during the meeting.
You can also choose to embed the PDFs in Zoom Docs or embed a Google Drive. We are definitely looking into supporting more types of embeds in the future!
Let me know if this works.
