Does anyone know the correct settings I should have for Zoom permissions to make the audio output work for my headphones? Zoom tech support does not.
My headphones work for Zoom meetings for people inside my organization, but not when I need to have a meeting with someone outside of my organization. However, my headphones work for every other application I use. I have a new MSI laptop that this is happening on. It's running Win 11 and I have Zoom Workplace Pro Version 6.5.7 (9933)
I have to keep my old laptop just for Zoom meetings because it works on that machine. (Dell)
I don't know how to check settings or permissions, so please feel free to walk me though this like I'm 2 years old...LOL.
