Hello @pcontreras
Thanks for your question! May I clarify if you were trying to create a report based on a user meeting, that includes the meeting summaries, and meeting details like duration?
If so, provided that you were the host of the meeting, and you have access to Docs AI Companion (as long as you are on paid plan, and enabled the AI features) you can create a meeting doc by:
1) Find 'My meetings' in the left sidebar on Docs homepage (quick reference for you here: docs.zoom.us)
2) Locate the meeting you had with the user
3) If the meeting transcript was enabled, you should see 'Create doc from the meeting' button enabled, click on it
4) You can choose an AI template for this meeting summary, and the 'General template' will give you meeting info such as start and end time, participants, and meeting summaries, etc
Let me know if this solves your question!

Thanks for the response Sofix001, but I was referring to creating reports containing call metrics for specific users and/or call queues.

@pcontreras gotcha. Were you specifically referring to creating call metrics reports in Zoom Docs?

@sofix001 Yes, that is more in line with what I was referring to.
