Csat not available in Portuguese (Brazil)

Please, I would like to request the inclusion of the Portuguese (BR) language in the CSAT within the ZCC, as it is currently only available in Portuguese (PT).

Hi there! Unfortunately, Portuguese (BR) isn't supported at this time, though we recognize the importance of expanding our language capabilities. We're actively working on adding more language options across various features, including the CSAT survey functionality.
