My Zoom Clips keeps coming on by itself and the camera turns on - have I been hacked?

All day I'll turn to my second monitor and discover Zoom clips has somehow started on it's how, camera and mic on and ready to record without me clicking or opening anything Zoom related. Working away in Adobe InDesign to be specific.

Is it possible I've been hacked and someone is trying to use Zoom clips to get access to something on my machine? The machine also spins up as if it is working hard.

It's super annoying and wish Zoom clips would stop popping open on its own.

I'm having the same issue; it's the keyboard shortcut Ctl+Alt+C (on a mac)- apparently that's the keyboard shortcut to turn on the zoom clips. Really annoying. I can't find a way to disable it in Zoom without upgrading.
