Cut the wrong bit off my recording!

Can anyone help!
I attempted to cut the last piece of a video using the trim button and unfortunately I cut the main piece I wanted to keep!! Is there any way I can retrieve the piece I trimmed 😞

You should be able to see the "restore" button below the playbar.
