Hello @StellaWang,
Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're happy to have you here.
When you schedule a Zoom meeting on behalf of your boss, you (the assistant) become the meeting organizer, not your boss. Since Zoom AI Companion (for transcripts, summaries, or smart recordings) follows the organizer or host, it won’t activate unless you join or manually pass host to your boss.
You may try these:
Via Outlook:
Make sure your boss has granted you delegate access in Outlook.
You create the meeting from their calendar (not yours), so the invite is owned by them.
Zoom Setup:
Have your boss
Add you under "Assign scheduling privilege to."
Then, you can schedule Zoom meetings on their behalf, but as them, so they’re the true host.
Let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.
