Summaries are not working

Zoom is not creating the summaries although I Turned on meeting summary automatically when meetings start

Please try disabling the automatic summary, logging out of your account, clearing your browser’s cache, and then logging back in. Afterward, you can turn the automatic summary back on.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

I find that it records some meetings but not others. Would there be a reason for this?

It worked the first time I did this procedure but now it's not working anymore. 

I have the same issue, it was working fine up until the 28th and then has just stopped working, we haven't changed any setting or anything. It seems too much of a concidence that people are now having the issue in the last week. Have you released an update that has stopped it working?!? I use the AI Summaries so need them working again ASAP please!

You released a new version of Zoom on the 27th January - AI Companion 2.0, it's no coincidence that the AI Summaries no longer work?!?
