Summaries are automatically being deleted

My meeting summaries are automatically being deleted immediately after the meeting and are inaccessible.  My transcript list shows that there is a transcript logged but I can't click on it and the download button is greyed out.  Please advise on how to fix this issue.  I need the summaries and transcripts from every meetings to be saved and I need to access the past ones.
