Smart Recording with AI Companion Enabled (Record to the Cloud) No Recording Available

I noticed that when using the AI Companion for notetaking/meeting summary and trying to record the meeting at the same time, none of my recordings are available. This is frustrating clients. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
