I noticed that when using the AI Companion for notetaking/meeting summary and trying to record the meeting at the same time, none of my recordings are available. This is frustrating clients. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Thank you for reaching out.
To record a meeting, follow these steps based on your device:
**For Windows, macOS, or Linux:**
1. Sign in to the Zoom Desktop app.
2. Start your instant or scheduled meeting as the host.
3. In the meeting controls toolbar, click the Record icon.
4. Choose "Record to the Cloud" to begin recording.
5. To stop recording, click "Stop Recording" or end the meeting. You can also pause the recording if needed.
**For Android or iOS:**
1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
2. Start or join a meeting or webinar.
3. In the host controls, tap the Record icon.
4. Tap "Start recording."
5. To pause or stop the recording, tap the Record icon again and select the appropriate option.
After the meeting ends, the recording will process and be available in the Recording & Transcripts section on the Zoom web portal.
