Setting Up Smart Recording

I'm trying to set up Smart Recording with AI Companion but when I turn on the setting, I only have one option out of four that displays under 'create with each recording', what am i missing?

- we already use cloud recording

- our 'create audio' transcript is also checked on

Is this just a permissions thing?

Is this what you are talking about? You should be able to see that in your Zoom Portal:  "PERSONAL > Settings > AI Companion > Recording"

You should be able to see below screen if the Admin doesn't have it disabled and you have the minimum license required: Pro, Business or Enterprise.
