No admin on my account and I'm the owner

In order to use Zoom AI companion I need to enable it, which means I need to be admin.

I am currently the single owner and user of my zoom account.

 

I can't make myself the admin with out making someone else the owner, and I can't do that because I'm a single user. I don't have any other seats and don't need them.

Attempts to assign admin status fail because there is no-one there to add

Attempts to transfer ownership fail because there is no-one to transfer to.


Tried asking the bot and it got confused. 
Hope someone else has solved this problem!

Hello,

Try the side menu:

Administrator > Account Management > Account Settings.


I tried this way and it worked. Before, I was accessing the settings through the user view.
