Meeting Summary Visibility for all that it is shared with

Hi everyone,

 

We noticed that team members registered under the same Zoom main account cannot find the summary I shared in their summaries overview (when they access their zoom account). This would be very handy.

Might this be changed in the admin settings? My team members can get to the summary when they click on the email it is shared through but would be cool to have it on their account also. 

I hope I explained the issue well enough. 🙂

Thanks for bringing this up! It sounds like having a centralized summary accessible directly from the team members' Zoom accounts would be really useful. If they're able to access the summary through the email link, that’s a good workaround, but I can see how having it in their account would streamline the process.

It might be worth reaching out to your Zoom admin to see if there’s a setting that can be adjusted to allow for shared summaries to be visible in all team members’ accounts. Sometimes, settings related to account permissions can affect what users see.
