Is there a way to download or save the AI summary to a word processing application? 
I only have the option to share, edit (on screen in Zoom) or delete the summary. I have the Zoom Pro license.

You can extract the AI summary using APIs and manage it in a word processing application. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you download the Zoom AI summary and edit it in a flexible environment.
