AI Summary and Recording Email sent together.

Can Zoom create an option to delay the recording until the Zoom AI Summary is ready to send together with the recording? Currently emails may be sent separately or together depending on when the summary or the recording is completed. I would like one email of them together.

Thanks for sharing this request. I can see how having the recording and the Zoom AI Summary delivered in one email would create a smoother experience, especially for hosts who want everything bundled for their attendees.

Right now there isn’t a setting that delays the recording email until the summary is ready. The two notifications are sent as soon as each item finishes processing.
