Zoom Account Not Being Found


So I have two accounts made for zoom. One is a school account and another is a personal account. The personal account is a new one logged in through google (the school account is also logged in through google). However, when I try to switch accounts, zoom only opens up my school account and does not give me the option to choose what account I want.


I tried contacting support but the robot just says they can't find my account, even when I give the personal meeting ID and the host key.  How do I fix this? I can't even get in contact with a real person through the phone.
