How do I keep messages older than a year in Team Chat?

Me and my friends use Team Chat in Zoom to talk. Zoom added this new feature late last year where messages that are a year old or older get deleted. This issue has been bugging me for awhile now and still no solution. I contacted the team and everything but they didn't do much help. Please reply if you know how to solve this problem!
