Zoom Room auto updates not working on iPad Controller

We've got 4 Zoom rooms, all with iPads running the Zoom app in kiosk mode. In the admin console we've enabled auto updates to install between midnight and 3am, yet updates never get installed. We had a big C-level meeting get delayed in the middle of the afternoon because updates needed to be installed before the app would run.

Is there anything else we need to do besides enable auto updates in the admin console to make this work?

Hi @Axyrium welcome to the community! So happy to have you here! 🙂 Can you confirm that you have Enabled, Automatically Update App - Zoom Rooms and it didn't update the App? Was this setting mandatory for the entire your account? Maybe thinking a user on the account configured this differently with Zoom Rooms Settings - Role permissions? You can do so b clicking the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting from the Zoom Rooms settings.
