Zoom VDI not offloading phone media

Hi, We have been using Zoom VDI client for many months.  VDI offloading to the client works great.  Today we started a demo of Zoom phone.    Zoom phone media however is not offloaded to the VDI Plugin and calls fail.   Do I need a registry key or something to force the Zoom Phone media to offload audio to the VDI plugin?

Hi,

I think so. We use VMWare Horizon 7 server  I have VMware Horizon Client 8 (2209) on Windows 10 and 11. We have tried both Zoom VDI Client and plugin version 5.9 and 5.12.  Like I mentioned before audio and video for Zoom Meetings is offloaded to the thin client plugin, but for unknown reason, the Zoom Phone does not offload.

Also, running a recent version of the Zoom app? 5.13.x?

We're running 5.12 but I will try 5.13 to rule that out too.

Same thing.  Zoom meetings are offloaded, but the Zoom Phone media is not.
