Extention number

We have one phone line for a small business and don't want any extension numbers. It doesn't seem to let me remove the extension number automatically set? Any solutions? Thanks Calum

What's the problem exactly?
Only use your direct number then, just don't use and don't advertise the extension number if you don't want it. Nobody knew you ad an extension until you talked about it here 😉
