Audio Delay

Good afternoon,

We recently switched to Zoom Phones and some of my users aren't happy with the quality of it.

Some of my users have been reporting that there is an audio delay when picking up calls from their mobile devices via regular wi-fi and mobile data connection. Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks!

Hi, @NathanLao  –

What were you using before?  If you switched from hardwired landlines to a Voice Over IP (VOIP) services like Zoom Phone, and your phone usage is heavy, it could be that extra load on your Internet access if the source of your issue.

I’ve been using Zoom Phone now for just over 6 months, and the only time I’ve experienced poor sound quality was when I was in an area with low cellular reception, which limited the Internet bandwidth to my device.

If you continue to experience issues and you are on a Business or Enterprise account, I recommend getting in touch with your account rep. If you’re on a Pro account, I’d suggest
submitting a Support Ticket to Zoom staff at:
