Creating Zoom Phone Accounts without enabling them [suppressing phone icon]

Hi All,

 

I would like to create accounts in bulk before a go-live date, without them being enabled.

We've turned off email notifications, but if they restart the app the icon will appear and some will try to use it before cut-over.  How can we create without enabling?

As far as I know, no way to do that. We've been cutting over our offices over the last 5+ months, we are just setting up the accounts shortly in advance of the actual port date.
