Address Book Creation

I am trying to create a shared address book for my company in Zoom. When I look up how to do that, it says to click "Contact Center Management" in the navigation menu but I don't see that anywhere. Can that have been updated to be called something else?

You can add External Contacts on the Zoom web portal under Admin > Phone System Management > Company Info > Account Settings > External Contacts. https://zoom.us/pbx/page/telephone/settings#/settings/external-contacts?page_number=1&page_size=15

 

Additionally, you can create a Shared Contact List of Internal Zoom Users and External Contacts (set in the previous step) under Admin > User Management > Contacts > Shared Contact Lists

Note that the Shared Contact Lists do not appear presently on Zoom Phone Appliances, and external contacts do not appear on standard desk phones.
