Having Issues with an Elevator Phone

Hi!

We have been having an ongoing issue where one of our elevators at our college that is connected to Zoom VOIP, periodically calls the security number it is connected to. Nobody is making the call in the elevator. Of course, when the security team answers the call, the phone hangs up. I've looked at configurations for the elevators, and I really don't know what would be misconfigured from what I saw.

Has anybody else had this issue? If so, if it got resolved, what is the resolution? Our other elevators seem to be working correctly.

Hello,

You mentioned Zoom VOIP. Is this elevator connected to an analog ATA/Gateway that is registered to Zoom phone?
