Hi,
We have a small charity organisation which only requires one online meeting to run at any one time.
We have around six people that help with the admin of these meetings and only require one of them to be logged into Zoom at any one time.
With one Zoom Pro licence, can any one of our admin staff use the organisation's Zoom login details and launch a meeting?
Thanks

Hey @axs291 welcome to the community! Suggest looking into @ccameron's reply onShared Log in Credentials, as sharing Zoom credentials is not advised.
If you share credentials and are logged into the Zoom Desktop Client; I would also note that you can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time. If you sign into an additional device while logged into another device of the same type, you will be logged out automatically on the first device.
I would suggest utilizing Adding existing users to a paid account and Designating an alternative host. With this method you can assign multiple alternative hosts that are able to shares the same controls as co-hosts, but can also start the meeting.

Many thanks for taking the time to reply, very much appreciated.
The Zoom Terms of Service has the following:
"Prohibition on Sharing. You may not share an account, Host rights, or any other user rights with any other individual, unless otherwise expressly pre-approved by Zoom in writing. You may not share any login credentials or passwords regarding the foregoing with any other individual. You acknowledge that sharing of any such rights is strictly prohibited. Your right to use or access the Services and Software is personal to you and not assignable or transferable."
Just to confirm, the above means that if one person in our organisation has a Pro licence, only that individual alone can login to Zoom and launch a meeting with the Pro features. If that individual falls ill or is for some reason unavailable to launch the meeting, then we must either cancel our online meeting or purchase an additional Zoom license for someone else to use. Is this correct?

That is correct. Zoom does not allow sharing of accounts. One account = one user.
