Shared Log in Credentials

Hello!

I need my assistant to be able to log in as myself in order to make adjustments, create meetings etc. In the past my assistant was able to log in using my credentials but now the system is asking for a verification code being sent to my email account. Therefore my assistant cannot log in unless I share that verification code.

Is there a way I can create a user or grant attributes for my assistant to log in as me?

Thank you!

@Blaiott,

It's never recommended to share login info. However, Zoom does have tools to allow your assistant to help manage your settings and create meetings. Info below.

How to schedule meetings on your behalf: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362803-Scheduling-privilege

For your assistant to be able to edit and manage your settings, he/she would need admin permission. More info on that here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115001078646-Using-role-management
