Why are some contacts listed Last name first?

Most of my starred contacts a listed first name first, but a few have last name first. It makes it confusing, is there some way I can edit  this? Are their profiles set up incorrectly?

I suspect there profiles are setup to display last name first.  The users themselves can change their display name in the Zoom web portal, or an Admin on their account can change it.
