Unfortunately your machine is not supported yet, as your proc is still 3rd gen its need at least 5th gen like below :

Is it impossible for Zoom to change it's requirements?  A friend JUST bought a new desktop at Best buy... Tested out Zoom at the store... Butv didn't know virtual background was something to check... NEW COMPUTER... didn't work.

Intel i5, i7, i9 (i3 2 cores doesn't meet the requirements)

@ahirschp unfortunately, if your CPU doesn't meet our requirements, there is not really anything we can do furthermore to support it unless you were to upgrade to a newer generation of CPU that meets Zooms requirements.

Unforturnlety, 1st gen processors don't meet our requirements.
