Hi all,

Can you please tell me if the enterprise zoom licenses have expired for our organization and all users have been switched to basic, how can we download the records that were previously stored by employees to the cloud?

@nomad1 - you would need to get at least 1 license back on the account in order to view and download the recordings.

Yes, there’s a way to do this using the Zoom API, which allows access to both your recordings and those of your organization’s users.

I recently helped a client seamlessly retrieve all their past recordings. If you’re interested, here are some steps to get you started. And if you need more guidance, feel free to schedule a time with me: https://calendly.com/bhushan-lilapra/30min.

Steps to follow:

• Generate Zoom Service Account credentials.
• Request all organization users via the API.
• Request all meetings for each user, one by one, using the API.
• Request recordings for each user’s meetings using the API.
• If needed, request polls and transcriptions via the API.
• Download all recordings.
• Upload them to Google Drive or another cloud service.
