Unable to use virtual background in android (VIVO V17)

I have searched for all possible ways to get a solution from google and youtube! Tried multiple steps, like enabling virtual background from web portal, tried uninstalling and installing! 

The App version is 5.10.1 (5163), also my device is android 9, 8 cores, vivo brand, 8GB RAM, etc and I hope satisfy minimum requirements! 

Please help me out what can be done?

@Jaleel For this particular phone model it appears that the GPU is going to be insufficient. 

 The Qualcomm Adreno GPU in the VIVO V17 utilizes an Adreno 612 which is lower than our lowest required on our documentation.

Virtual background not working ob My Vivo T2x 5G , Processor is MT Dimensity 6020 Octa Core 2.2 GHz, Android 13, App Version 5.16.10(17646)
