Screen sharing

I downloaded what I want to pop up during zoom meetings, and when I go to screen share, I can't access any of these. I have mac ventura.13.1. I don't where to see the zoom version.

What type of file was it? How were you attempting to Screen Share?  Normally you need to display the item on your computer, then share either the screen where it is displayed or the specific window of the displaying application. 

If you were attempting to share an MP4 video, you can go the the Share Screen’s Advanced tab and select the Video icon, then use the video player built into Zoom.   But other file types can’t be shared “directly” – they have to be displayed on your computer first.

How can I lock a power point onto  the white screen so it is three when I click share?
