Zoom Q&A in Meetings

Attempting to use Q&A during Meetings - NOT Webinars. Configuration settings are enabled. But Q&A icons do not appear for host or user and no functionality for Q&A can be found. 

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had a similar problem - attended a meeting where the host was using the Q&A feature, and some attendees were able to see the Q&A but I couldn't, and had no Q&Z icon in my toolbar.
