Recording missing

Hi all, I'm hoping you can help.

I recently used Zoom to privately live stream my grandfather's funeral to relatives interstate who couldn't make it. When creating the meeting I selected the setting that states "Automatically record meeting in the cloud". This is also reflected by a tick in meeting details found in the previous meetings tab. However, for whatever reason I cannot find the recording anywhere, all I have is a transcript of the comments posted back and forth between myself and those who were watching on my laptop.

Can anyone help me find this recording? It would mean a lot to the relatives that were watching and those who couldn't make it in person or online on the day.

Have you tried signing into your Zoom web portal and checking the "Recordings" tab?
