No record button no account settings

I have a basic account and I can record meet ups from my laptop but my phone has no record button I've recently discovered. I am using a nokia. Right now I only have my phone on me so need to run Zoom from my phone. I looked at the community center for suggestions and followed them but I cant even access my own account settings. There is no option at all. I went to a link to direct me to account settings and it just says No permission. Help?

To record from an mobile device you must have a licensed (paid) account account. It can't be done with a basic account.
