Mic issues - Violin Lessons

My daughter's teacher cannot hear violin via zoom. I know it has to deal with sound suppression. The company Trala already tried helping to no avail. I'm sad that I might to cancel her lessons via zoom. Can anyone please help me?

Hi @serenrica224 welcome to the community! You may want to consider changing your Audio profile within the Zoom desktop client! To do so, we can try the following. Open the Zoom desktop client, navigate to your settings, and then click on Audio. Change your audio settings to something similar to mine while using the Live Performance Audio feature:

After doing so you can attempt to Testing audio before Zoom Meetings playing the violin into the microphone and listen to the playback. You may need to configure your input volume to your liking as well. IF live performance audio profile doesn't seem to work you can attempt to Configuring professional audio settings for Zoom Meetings
