MSI Deployment with ZRecommend

My first question:

I am trying to enable "start zoom when I start windows" as a default that the user can change later, but I don't want to disable the user's ability to change it nor start zoom silently in the tray with windows.

So using

msiexec /package ZoomInstallerFull.msi ZRecommend="ZoomAutoStart=1"

Didn't work or do anything.

I then tried to specifically turn off the silent startup

msiexec /package ZoomInstallerFull.msi ZRecommend="ZoomAutoStart=1;AutoStartInSystemTray=0"

and it didn't work as well.

Using this prevents the user from changing the setting.

msiexec /package ZoomInstallerFull.msi ZoomAutoStart="true"

The only thing I managed to do is enable silent startup which is not what I want to do

msiexec /package ZoomInstallerFull.msi ZRecommend="AutoStartInSystemTray=1"

My second question:

What is the difference between kCmdParam_InstallOption=2 and AutoJoinVOIP=1

My third question:

What is the MSI option for "Show profile photos next to Direct Messages"
