Keep having "recording doesn't exist" errors

I keep having an issue where meetings that I am hosting say they are being recorded. I get an email afterward with the recording link. But when I click it, I'm told the recording does not exist. I am recording to the cloud, I am the host. Why aren't these recording?? I'd say it happens about 30-40% of the time and is driving me crazy! So many lost meeting recordings! What can I do?

Hi Jenifer,

 

I would suggest submitting a ticket with our support team.  If you're recording to the cloud, you should be able to find those recordings in your Zoom web portal under the "Recordings" tab on the left side.
