Can not loggin in Zoom Desktop


Good day: 


I have a client who can not log into her Zoom Desktop. She introduces her user and password, and the application shows a message that says "Invalid password". At the moment When she clicks on the option "I forgot my password", the Zoom system sends a mail with a link, but when my client clicks on that link, a page pops up and asks for the user and password. It is like an infinite loop, to generate a new password, she has to introduce her user and password. 


I hope you can help me to solve this issue.

The loop you are describing sounds like something a customer who uses SSO (Single Sign-On) with a company/employer credentials would experience if they were trying to reset their password in the Zoom portal.


If your client signs into Zoom through a 3rd-party platform such as Facebook, Apple, Google, or an organization's SSO, they will need to reset their password within that 3rd-party platform.


Otherwise, a quick visit to should allow them to reset the password.
