Blurring Background

Hi

 

I use Zoom on the Android App and the blur background option is not available. I believe I meet all the technical specifications (my phone is Huawei Nova 4) and using the latest version of the App. I've also tried using the iOS version on iPhone XS Max and that's not working either.

 

Are there any other steps I need to take to enable this option?

Hi @Chubba, do you have the setting enabled within your Zoom account settings at https://zoom.us/profile/setting > Virtual background
