Hello,

 

I have recently created a multiple session event in Zoom Events and in the Event Configuration section I have identified 4 separate event start and end dates (with times).

 

When the Event Reminder email is sent to registrants 24 hours before the event begins will this be sent 24 hours before each of the start dates or just before the first start date?

 

For example if I set the dates as the 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th October should a reminder email be sent on the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th, or just on the 9th?

Hi NJ_123, 

 

It will be 24 hours before the event - in your case, on the 9th only.  Make sure though that the trigger is enabled in the Notifications.
