Hi, I am creating a multi-session event and there will be eight different ticket types (Early bird/standard; standard/low income; and virtual/in-person). Is it possible to duplicate an existing ticket, including its customised registration questions, or do I have to fill out every field (including 9 custom registration questions) for all eight ticket types?

I've discovered how to do this, if anyone else has the same question. In the Events navigation pane, go to Registration and Join/Links & Event Access and the option to set customised registration questions for all ticket types is in there. It would be helpful to have this information on the Support pages that explain how to customise for individual ticket types.
