hi. I have a doubt. Last year I had a premium account for education and I saved some recorded videos. But this year I forgot to pay and the videos deleted. Now I've paid again but I cannot find my videos and it's so important 😞

I hope you can help me

Hi Leer, do you know if you used the same account # as the premium education account or created a brand new account altogether? Can you confirm? If not, we can raise a case for you internally to have support investigate. If you are using the same account number, the information can probably be recovered as long as you add the license back to the original host and did not have any retention policies set to have them deleted.
